At Rescue Paws, we want you to love your fashion as much as we love animals. If your purchase isn't a perfect fit, we offer easy returns within 30 days of delivery to ensure every customer stays stylish and satisfied.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Print Your Label

  Once your request is approved, we will email you a prepaid shipping label to print and attach to your return package.

  Pack with Care

  Place the unworn items with original tags still attached into their original packaging to ensure they arrive back to us safely.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  After our team inspects the returned items, we will process your refund or ship your exchange within 5-7 business days.
